Personalised Copies

Books containing a personalised dedication or message created specifically for you cannot normally be returned or refunded if you simply change your mind.

Please check all names and personalisation details carefully before placing your order, as personalised messages cannot be changed once the book has been prepared.

Signed Copies without Personalisation

If your book has been signed but has not bee personalised specifically for you, your statutory cancellation rights for online purchases apply. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel or return it.

Returned books must be kept in good condition. Unless the item is faulty or damaged, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning it.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your books arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue where appropriate. I'll arrange a suitable replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

UK Mainland Delivery – £2.99

Signed copies of Rozaroo: The African Kangaroo are personally signed, carefully packaged and posted directly to you.

Please allow 2–3 working days for dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the postal service.

Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order, particularly if you’re sending the book directly to someone as a gift.

If your order is for a birthday or special occasion, I’d recommend ordering in plenty of time to allow for signing, dispatch and delivery.

International delivery isn’t currently available through the website, but please get in touch if you’re outside the UK and would like a signed copy.
